what is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email notification confirming any relevant tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and quote your specific order number.

Free standard shipping on all UK orders
Express shipping is £10
All international shipping is £20
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. UK orders can typically take 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. International shipping takes approximately 2-11 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination. If your country is not listed for international shipping at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.
Do the prices include international customs duties or tariffs?
International orders are exempt from the UK's 20% VAT. This exemption is automatically applied to list prices based on your location. However, you may be required to pay local customs duties when your order is delivered by the local courier.
For US customers, tariffs will also be added to your order at checkout.

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Sims Wear products. However, if for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.
All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. We do not offer free returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. All items should be sent with recorded delivery. Sims Wear does not take responsibility for any returning items that are lost in transit. For exchanges, Sims Wear will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item.

When should I expect my refund?
Refunds for returned items will be processed once we receive your unwanted items back within 14 days of delivery, provided the item(s) are in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Sims Wear receiving the items back, using the same payment method the customer used for the original purchase.
