The short version
We sell unique knitwear batches over a few weekends throughtout the year.
Each batch is knitted to order in the UK,
with zero waste and zero deadstock.
We only use email to let people know when drops go live for purchase.
the process
1. A drop opens
Four times a year, we open a short 48 hour ordering window for the chapter.
Each drop usually includes one or two knitwear designs, offered in a small number of colourways.
Quantities are limited by a pre-booked production slot with our knitters.
2. You place an order
Orders can only be placed during the drop weekend.
You'll have two choices of how to pay;
1) Pay upfront in full
2) Pay 50% upfront and 50% prior to delivery
Because everything is knitted to order, we don’t hold stock. This means we offer the best price from the outset, as we don't account for future markdowns on unsold end of season pieces.
3. The knitting begins
Once the drop closes, we order the required amount of yarn and begin the knitting.
Over the following three months, your knitwear moves through the production process:
Yarn is spun specifically for our drop,
Panels are knitted and hand linked together,
Garments are washed and finished,
A unique label is created and sewn in.
During this time, we’ll share occasional updates so you know how things are progressing.
4. Your order is delivered
Each order is sent out straight away once production is complete.

other helpful info
Returns, exchanges and sizing
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.
Because everything we make is produced to order and we don’t hold stock, exchanges are only possible if another customer returns the same item in the same size and colour. If an exchange isn’t available, a refund or credit will be issued.
Detailed sizing information and garment measurements are provided on each product page to help you choose the right fit.
Drop release info
Because drops are infrequent, we use email to notify people when a drop opens, or when there’s a meaningful update to share.
If you’d like to be notified, you can sign up to our email list.
We don’t email to stay visible, only when there’s something worth knowing.
A note on timing
Knitted-to-order production takes time. We sell ahead of the season so your knitwear arrives when it’s most useful.
Expected delivery windows are always clearly stated before you order.
