Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email notification confirming any relevant tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We are currently offering free shipping on all UK orders.

International shipping is £20.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Sims Wear products. However, if for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. We do not offer free returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. All items should be sent with recorded delivery. Sims Wear does not take responsibilty for any returning items that are lost in transit. For exchanges, Sims Wear will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed once we receive your unwanted items back within 30 days of delivery, provided the item(s) are in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Sims Wear receiving the items back, using the same payment method the customer used for the original purchase.
