Our Repair & Recondition service will give your jumper a full MOT. We'll wash it, press it, remove any pills from it, and of course repair it.
Our sweaters have been built to last. That being said sometimes accidents happen. It may be a bramble bush, it may be your 5 month old puppy, it may be a moth. Whatever it is we'll do our best to repair it.
Within 24 hours, we'll get in touch via email to send you a delivery label. Once we've received it, we aim to get your sweater back to you within 4 weeks.

We’re running simswear preorders to keep things simple, transparent, and sustainable. When you order ahead, it helps us cover production costs up front, reduce waste, and manage cashflow.
Because we’re a small, independent brand, we don’t want to overproduce or hold excess stock. By supporting us early, you’re helping make limited runs of high-quality knitwear possible.
As a thank you for waiting, our preorder prices are between 15-20% less than our normal prices. It’s our way of showing appreciation for your trust, support, and patience.
After the preorder period ends on 5th may, prices will return to the standard price.
When you choose made to order, you're getting the exact same high-quality knitwear - just made especially for you, and at a lower price. Think: luxury, more value, less waste.
The only trade-off? You'll need to wait for our next production run for your piece to arrive. But hey, good things take time. Currently delivery is for late July/early August.
So why do we do it this way? Simple. We're on a mission to make exceptional knitwear more accessible, while cutting down on waste. This avoids overproduction and unnecessary stock and that saves us money. We pass those savings on to you. Win-win.
Worried it won’t fit? No stress. If we’ve got your size in stock, we’ll swap it. If not, we’ll make sure you’re included in the next production run.
