When you browse, you’ll see two ways to buy:

buy it now

Full price and ready to go. We only keep a small number of each size in stock. Once they’re gone, they’re gone - no mid-season restocks. If your favourite sells out, it’ll only be available as Knitted to Order for the rest of the season.

knitted to order

Same pieces, same quality - just a little patience required. Order now, save up to 40%, and we’ll knit your piece in the next production batch. Delivery takes around 8–12 weeks.

Order Deadlines

To keep production running smoothly, each batch has an order deadline. Miss it, and your knit moves into the next round. Want something for a special date (like Christmas)? Just be sure to order before the deadline listed on the product page.

When a Buy it Now piece sells out, that’s it for the season. The good news: many styles are still available as Knitted to Order. If not, they’ll show as unavailable (we know—it hurts). If you’re ever unsure, just reach out and we’ll help.

So why are we doing this?

From day one, we built this brand on a simple belief: great-quality knitwear should be within reach for everyone.

But here’s the truth - working with the finest raw fibres, world-class yarn spinners, and skilled local craftspeople isn’t cheap. And holding piles of stock in advance only makes things more expensive (and wasteful).

So we asked ourselves: what if we only made knitwear once it’s ordered? The upside? Less waste, less pressure on our end. The downside? It takes longer for you to get your knit.

But what if that wait came with a reward? If you’re happy to give us 2–3 months to craft your piece, you’ll save up to 40%. Same knit, same quality - just a little more patience required.

That’s why we’re introducing Knitted to Order alongside our standard Buy It Now option. The choice is yours: instant gratification, or a little wait for a lifetime piece at a friendlier price.

A: If you can’t wait, you can always choose from our in-stock pieces available to ship right away.

Q: do I have to pay extra for shipping?
A: Nope - all made-to-order items come with free shipping included.

We know that shopping online can make sizing tricky, especially for made-to-order pieces with longer lead times. But don’t worry, we’re here to help:

easy exchanges: If you need a different size, no problem. If we have the item in stock, we’ll switch it straight away. If not, then we’ll order you a new size, however, there will be the usual 8-12 week wait time whilst it’s produced.
